Thursday A few showers across northern Spain on Thursday. Mostly fair across the rest of Spain and Portugal, just odd showers in north Portugal. Fair across the Balearic Isles, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy is going to be dry with plenty of sunshine, increasingly cloudy with rain in the far north. The northern Balkan States will be fine with sun, some showers in the south that extend into mainland Greece. Türkiye should be fine and dry, some showers in the east. Heavy showers and strong winds affecting northern western France, a broad area of heavy rain sweeping to the southeast. Thundery showers through the low countries and western parts of Germany, the showers lighter in eastern Germany. Rain in eastern and western parts of Poland, dry and brighter in central parts. Hungary and Slovakia will be dry with sunshine whilst some heavy rain affects western Austria. Switzerland is going to be affected by some heavy, thundering rain. Romania and Bulgaria will see heavy rain, locally thundery, this extend into west Ukraine and Belarus. Denmark will have some strong winds and heavy showers. The showers also moving into southern Norway and southern Sweden as longer as spells of heavy rain. A scattering of showery rain across the Baltic states, driest in Estonia. Finland should be dry and warm with lots of sunshine. Central and northern Norway will be bright with some sunny spells too, similarly in neighboring areas of Sweden.
