Thursday A cooler day across Spain and Portugal yet it will be bright, sunny and dry. One or two showers across the Balearics in the morning but a drier afternoon. Outbreaks of rain affecting Corsica, drier across Sardinia. Central and southern Italy will be dry with sunny spells, however expect cloudy skies and heavy rain in the north. A few scattered showers for Greece but dry and fine across Turkey. A largely dry day across France, though expect building cloud and some rain by evening across the northwest. Dry and fair across the Low Countries and Germany. Much of eastern Europe will be dry though some patchy rain in eastern Poland in the morning. A fine day across Denmark with plenty of sunny spells. Much of Norway has been dry and fair, though a few scattered light showers have affected some coasts. Norway also will see a largely dry day. More mixed across Finland with spells of rain in the south. Blustery across the Baltic States but rain will gradually clear.
