Sunday Sunday will see many northern and western areas of the UK be affected by showers as well as longer outbreaks of rain, while central and eastern areas should remain mostly dry with sunny spells and feeling pleasantly warm. Northern Scotland will see rain ease and become brighter with sunshine. Rain largely clearing southern Irish counties though staying wet further north and into Northern Ireland. Highs at 17 to 22C.
