Wed Sep 09: Wednesday A chilly yet bright start to Wednesday for most. A generally dry and fine day for all, though some cloud and spots of rain affecting a few eastern coasts of England during the morning. Scattered light showers will also to affect some northern and western coasts and hills. Cloud building from the west as the day progresses with rain arriving to western regions of Ireland by evening. Feeling rather cool through the day with highs only around 14 to 19C.
